FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Straightforward answers to the questions carriers ask us most often.

General

What if I already have my own dispatcher?

That's fine. You can keep your own dispatcher and use our Back-Office Support or Strategy & Advisory to strengthen operations without replacing your staff.

Can you work under my company's brand?

Yes. With our White Label Dispatch service, all calls, emails, and documents go out under your brand — brokers and drivers see us as your in-house team.

Do I need to use all of FivePlus services at once?

No. You can choose only the services you need — from White Label Dispatch to Back-Office Support or Advisory. Many carriers start with one service and add more as they grow.

Pricing and getting started

How is FivePlus pricing calculated?

Pricing is a transparent percentage of gross revenue. The rate depends on the service you choose and your fleet size — larger fleets get a lower percentage, starting from 2.78% of gross for Full-Cycle Dispatching at 101+ trucks. Optional add-ons and additional fees are shown line by line before you send a request. No hidden fees.

Which equipment types do you dispatch?

Our team is fluent in Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, Step Deck, Conestoga, LTL, and Partial Load operations — and we help carriers launch new divisions such as open-deck, hotshot, RGN, or Conestoga.

I run fewer than 6 trucks. Can you still help?

Yes. Our published tiers start at 6 trucks, but we help owner-operators scaling into fleets set up scalable systems and dispatch support. Send a request and we'll prepare a custom plan.

How do I get started?

Build your price with the configurator or call (360) 587-1120. We review your fleet, send a custom proposal, and once you apply we set up broker packets, factoring, and communication channels so your trucks keep moving.

Engineered Load Flow

Will I be able to run the new flow on my own after the setup?

Yes. Knowledge transfer is a key deliverable. We train your team, document best practices, and design systems so that your company can independently manage the new freight flow when ready.

How long does it take to establish a new freight flow?

It depends on equipment type, market, and broker relationships. Typically, carriers see stable workflows forming within 1–3 months as we document SOPs and build repeatable load sequences.

Do I need to replace my current dispatcher to use Engineered Load Flow?

No. Our dispatcher-consultant works alongside your existing team, focusing on building and stabilizing new divisions while your internal staff continues to run current operations.

Back-Office Support

How does Back-Office Support help with cash flow?

By ensuring every document is accurate and factoring-ready, we reduce payment delays. We also track unpaid invoices and follow up with brokers, so you get paid faster and consistently.

Can I use Back-Office Support if I already have in-house dispatchers?

Yes. This service is designed for carriers who prefer to keep load booking internal while outsourcing admin tasks like broker setup, factoring compliance, and document management.

Do you handle dispatching as part of Back-Office Support?

No. Back-Office Support is focused only on paperwork, compliance, invoicing, and broker communication. Dispatching and load booking remain under your control.
